Position Overview:
Appliance Field Service Technician, Monday - Friday


As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our air vending machines, washers, and dryers as required.

You will operate from your assigned company vehicle, starting your day directly from home. If you possess mechanical skills and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this role is ideal for you. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical and technological issues, proactively managing maintenance tasks to ensure machines operate reliably, and minimizing the need for future service interventions.

Maintaining an inventory of parts in your vehicle will ensure you are always equipped to deliver prompt solutions. You will also instruct customers on the safe and effective operation of appliances and equipment, conduct tests to verify that all appliances are functioning correctly before leaving, and ensure that delivery locations are kept clean and safe—an essential aspect of our Best-In-Class service.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently work in various environmental conditions.
