This role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests at various locations across Rawhide. It involves assisting customers in purchasing tickets using computer-based or manual systems, scanning tickets at entry points, and ensuring a smooth guest experience during events.Responsibilities:Guest Assistance & Customer Service:•Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service, guiding guests through the entry process and assisting with any ticket-related questions.•Provide guests with information and answer questions related to events, ticketing, and general inquiries.•Offer assistance to guests entering and exiting various areas of the park, ensuring safety and satisfaction.Ticket Sales:•Sell tickets to guests for scheduled events at Rawhide using both computer-based and manual systems.•Scan tickets at entry points and ensure the validity of tickets for event access.Administrative Support:•Assist with administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to record-keeping and managing ticket inventory.Work Area Maintenance:•Keep the work area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Additional Duties:•Perform any additional tasks as requested by a member of the management team.Required Qualifications:•High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).•Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.•Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment.Preferred Qualifications:•Six (6) months of prior experience selling tickets, in person or online.•Experience in customer service or a similar role.•Experience in cash handling and/or basic retail operations.•Proficiency with the Internet and computer-based ticketing systems is a plus.•Display strong customer service skills with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.•Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in writing or verbally and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.•Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
