This position requires previous experience in finance global business services, shared services, and technological transformation of global business service centers. What You Will Be Doing: Strategic Direction Setting: You will develop and outline the strategic direction for global business processes, aligning them with the company's overall strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Performance Metrics and Reporting

: You will create and manage key performance metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into the effectiveness of global business processes. You will regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective long-term strategies for global business services.
