Alarm.com is seeking an energetic, meticulously organized marketer who is passionate about improving experiences and driving positive consumer behavior. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Alarm.com's revenue-generating marketing programs. They will report on marketing program feedback and metrics, support cross-functional development of campaigns, and collaborate with peers to uphold quality program experience for Alarm.com partners and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Gather stakeholder feedback and suggested enhancements for Alarm.com marketing programs. Design and implement program strategy to educate, engage and upsell end users. Regularly collect, analyze, and report on marketing program data and related partner feedback. Assist in the development and deployment of lifecycle messaging and integrated marketing program campaigns. Collaborate with other sub-teams within the Marketing Department including Product Marketing, Creative and Content. Identify, own, and communicate timely updates to individual projects related to marketing program updates. Develop engaging content for both B2B and B2C. Maintain up-to-date marketing program documentation and program standards guidance with global execution in mind. Provide proactive and responsive support, via email and phone, to Partners using Alarm.com marketing resources. Support Alarm.com departments and subsidiaries as a team liaison for marketing programs. Other duties as assigned Requirements

A bachelor's degree from a four-year institution including course work in math, science, or economics, or demonstrated ability in those fields. Analytical and highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Problem-solver with the ability to navigate concurring projects. Proven content writing or copywriting experience. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or writing for multi-channel B2B or B2C campaigns. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint). Proficiency in email marketing platform including campaign development and set-up. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus. HTML development a plus. Why work for Alarm.com?
