Marketing Manager

Leverage experience in leading marketing teams to develop marketing strategies for large scale brand executions. Apply marketing concepts, methodologies, and tools, including developing and managing marketing campaigns to meet top company priorities. Play a crucial role in advising and influencing Booz Allen senior leaders on marketing strategy, planning, and execution. Direct the execution of marketing research, content creation, and development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
10+
years of experience in marketing and communications
Experience with applying advanced marketing concepts, technologies, and tools
Experience in advising and influencing senior leaders on marketing methods and tactics
Experience setting and measuring outcome-based marketing and business oriented KPIs
Ability to lead a combination of agency support and internal marketing resources to conduct marketing research, content development, and campaign planning and execution
Ability to lead a team to conduct advanced market research and draw out data-driven marketing insights impacting company and business-specific strategies
Ability to develop and lead multiple, complex marketing campaigns, including coordinating cross-functional resources, driving work to completion, conducting quality control, tracking performance metrics, and identifying and managing risks
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with co-marketing with partner companies and marketing highly technical concepts
Experience in marketing technologies, such as AI, Cyber, or Cloud
Experience managing the marketing of marque publications a plus
Experience launching large, complex company-wide campaigns
Knowledge of digital marketing, AI marketing integration, and martech stack
Ability to execute marketing strategy independently or manage teams for implementation
Master's degree in Marketing a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
