We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Fundraising Associate to join our sales team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start their career in marketing, sales and fundraising. You will play a crucial role in our in-person fundraising campaigns, working closely with the public to generate support for Americares.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential donors in various locations to discuss Americares' mission and programs as well as acquire new donors
- Present compelling information about the impact of donations and encourage contributions
- Achieve and exceed fundraising targets through effective communication and persuasion
- Learn to use our CRM system and tablets to acquire donors
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve fundraising strategies and techniques
- Represent Advis Agency and AmeriCares with professionalism and integrity

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for business, sales, marketing and fundraising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service or fundraising is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- This position requires travel

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Base pay plus commission and performance bonuses
- Health insurance provided
- Monday to Friday schedule
