Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Alignment:

Ensure that IT strategy and architecture align with the organization's business strategy and objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage IT to enhance business capabilities.

Blueprint Development and Implementation:

Create a comprehensive EA blueprint that describes the current architectural landscape, as well as a future state that supports business objectives. Develop roadmaps to transition from the current to the future state. Design and oversee implementation of the enterprise-wide technology solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. Participate in the planning and execution of technology selection, procurement, and implementation projects. Provide leadership and drive resolution of inter-program and inter-project issues. Provide leadership and drive resolution of cross-platform and cross-domain problems. Oversee the integration of new technologies and applications into the existing IT infrastructure. Update and maintain key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.

Standards and Guidelines:

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, standards, and guidelines. Document and maintain a repository of architecture artifacts. Continuously assess and refine the EA practice, methodologies, and processes. Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the exploration of new architectural approaches and solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization. Ensure that projects adhere to these standards to maintain consistency and coherence across the IT landscape.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with various stakeholders, from senior-level executives to IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for architectural decisions. Facilitate communication between business and IT units. Facilitate ongoing communication and publicity efforts for the Enterprise Architecture within both the information technology community and various business units.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar. Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in IT architecture design, implementation, and management. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies. Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and constraints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives. Experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise-level applications, and integration technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

5+ years of working as an Enterprise Architect and minimum of 10 years working in IT and technology role. Ability to architect and build an end-to-end data platforms with hands-on experience in enterprise-scale data warehousing, data architecture, and/or data engineering environments. Experience of designing, implementing, and building pipelines (ETL) that deliver data with measurable quality under the SLA. Must have knowledge of database technologies (HANA, Snowflake, Oracle, AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, AWS Aurora, Hive, DynamoDB, MongoDB etc.) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.). Knowledge of Data Management, Integration and Data Quality tools spanning No-code, low-code and code-first methodologies, such as Alteryx, Trifacta, Informatica Power Center, Informatica Cloud, Databricks etc. Knowledge of Master Data Governance / Management technologies (e.g SAP MDG, Reltio). Experience of real-time/near real-time/event-driven microservices solutions and Database Migration and replication services such as AWS DMS, Qlik replicate. Strong understanding of core infrastructure components (servers, network, storage). Experience with Enterprise Data Governance, Big Data Solutions, Master data management, Data Privacy and Security, Machine Learning, and Data Pipeline Operations. Experience with building analytic solutions applicable to Sales, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing organizations in an enterprise. Experience implementing operational best practices such as monitoring, alerting, metadata management. Experience managing, measuring, improving data quality in a data warehouse.
