Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing, reputable insurance brokerage seeking a hybrid Commercial Client Service Representative.As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering superior service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their insurance needs are met promptly and accurately.Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.Claims Assistance: Facilitate the claims process by gathering information from clients, submitting claims to insurance carriers, and providing updates on claim status.Problem Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features to help them make informed decisions.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation using our CRM system.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to provide seamless service to clients.Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies in all client interactions and transactions.Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and find effective solutions.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing client information and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applied EPIC.Insurance producer license.Benefits:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceOpportunities for career growth and advancement within a reputable organizationOngoing training and professional development programsHealth, Dental, Vision, and 401k matchOnsite Fitness CenterState of the Art HQ
