This multifaceted position combines marketing responsibilities with business operations and administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and strategic outreach to our client base. Podcast Support: Assist with the production, promotion, and distribution of our weekly podcast. Coordinate with guests, edit podcast content, and develop strategies to increase listenership. Develop strategies to grow our social media presence and drive traffic to our podcast and other offerings. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 12-18 months of experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems. Basic understanding of podcast production and promotion processes (good to have/not essential). Familiarity with social media management, particularly Instagram. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/other related tools. Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform marketing and business strategies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
