Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, can-do attitude to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analysis
Highly strategic thinker combined with a strong business acumen and ability to rapidly establish a broad and deep understanding of the payments business landscape
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to connect the dots and approach issue resolution with a forward-looking view to anticipate and address problems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels as a thought-partner
Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks, possess good judgment
and organizational skills, able to work independently and collaborate as part of a cross-functional, regional and matrixed organization
