Job Description The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading our Brand, Portfolio & Demand generation Marketing teams. This person will be a hands-on leader, helping their team develop the best strategies for growth while nurturing a fun and engaging working environment built on trust and respect. You will report directly to KBKG’s CEO and will work with other service-line leaders across the company to develop demand creation and demand generation strategies that fuel consistent month-over-month growth. In addition to managing a high-performing team, you will align and work across the sales, marketing and operations teams effectively, while producing and managing high quality marketing programs that drive awareness and demand for KBKG’s consulting services and products. Core Responsibilities: Lead, coach and mentor a team of 8-10 marketers creating awareness and demand for KBKG products. Lead the planning process and execution of annual marketing plans. Lead and manage Brand/Communications and Demand Generation, with an emphasis on

Lead generation . Use key campaign channels, understanding how to target the right audience at the right time through marketing automation & email nurtures, content syndication, paid & organic search & social, sponsored media programs, digital advertising, and more. Monitor campaigns and effectiveness in partnership with marketing operations, using a strong analytical focus to understand campaign pipeline impact, provide recommendations for optimization, and future performance improvements. Partner and build relationships with key internal customers, of which your campaign helps drive their success: Sales, Sales operations, service line leaders, and regional leaders. Serve as trusted expert for our go to market initiatives with a deep understanding of customer trends, buyers, use cases, and differentiation. Work across functions and levels – from individual contributors to key senior executives – ensuring comprehensive input and review throughout the strategic campaign planning process. Use competitive insights, internal pipeline analysis, third party research, and other actionable data to drive cross-functional conversation and campaign optimization. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of marketing experience (preference within a professional services industry) Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to hire and develop talent Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to solve problems and drive alignment across decision-makers within the organization Strong data acumen and analysis skills Have a strong understanding of Account Based Marketing and integrated marketing campaigns Experience building scalable and repeatable growth models and process Deep understanding of segmentation and driving growth in new verticals and new geographies Ability to take an active, hands-on approach in addition to developing strategy Able to integrate business knowledge, financial knowledge, and analyses of available information to make sound business decisions Demonstrated understanding of program/project management process that drive on-time delivery of projects
