Trillium has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Administrator in Fremont

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking individuals with commercial customer service experience. Duties include receiving and rerouting customer requests via email and phone. The Customer Service Administrator will also support materials management, which includes shipping, receiving, and returning of parts, and will be responsible for supporting the managers within the branch.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Salary ranges from $22-25/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial customer service experience
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
