Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Investment Director to lead our investment management team. As an Investment Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of investment strategy, portfolio management, and client relationships. Roles And Responsibilities

Investment Strategy Development: Develop and articulate investment strategies aligned with firm objectives, market conditions, and client needs. Lead the strategic planning process, setting investment priorities, and allocating resources effectively to optimize portfolio performance. Portfolio Management and Oversight: Oversee the management of client portfolios and investment funds, ensuring alignment with investment policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Monitor portfolio performance, analyze investment results, and provide strategic guidance to portfolio managers and investment teams. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for major clients, institutional investors, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality service. Provide proactive investment advice, portfolio reviews, and customized solutions to meet client objectives and expectations. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of investment professionals, including portfolio managers, analysts, and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing. Market Research and Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, economic analysis, and sector-specific research to identify investment opportunities and risks. Lead due diligence processes on potential investments, evaluating financial viability, market positioning, and strategic fit with investment objectives. Strategic Initiatives and Innovation: Drive strategic initiatives and innovation in investment management, leveraging industry trends, technology advancements, and market insights. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies to expand the firm’s investment capabilities and market presence.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred. Proven experience as an Investment Director, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), or similar leadership role in asset management or investment management. Strong expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management, and investment strategy across diverse asset classes. Excellent understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing investment portfolios and achieving superior investment performance. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Compensation

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.
