  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to investment management.

  • Oversee the implementation of compliance procedures and internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in investment management, with a strong track record of managing large investment portfolios and leading investment teams.
  • Deep understanding of investment strategies, asset classes, risk management, and financial markets.
