Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility will be to oversee Educational K-12 and Multi-Family projects, including the design, scope, timeline, budgeting, scheduling, management, and execution.
  • Maintain effective communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and designers.
  • Act as the main point of contact between ownership and clients.    

Qualifications

  • Architect License: Ca
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience delivering Educational projects on time successfully.
  • Strong track-record of project management form conception through completion.
  • Experience collaborating with outside consultants.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Effective communicator with natural charisma and an innate ability to lead
