We are collaborating with a reputable and established Commercial Paint Contractor in search of a skilled Project Manager/Estimator. This role presents an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding team of committed professionals.

The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented leader within the Commercial Paint industry, prepared to oversee a driven team. Experience as a Commercial Paint Project Manager or Estimator is essential. If you possess the necessary background and are self-driven, we invite you to discuss this opportunity further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market company services to General Contractors and property management firms
  • Prepare bids for commercial/light industrial painting projects valued over $500K
  • Lead and guide project teams effectively
  • Act as a dependable and proactive leader

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager role
  • Proficient in presenting products and services
  • Experience with On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
  • Specific expertise in commercial painting is required
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve client service
