Our firm specializes in comprehensive construction and engineering solutions, including new builds, repairs, retrofits, and renovations of existing structures. We handle a variety of projects, focusing on both industrial and commercial sectors, with expertise in all facets of construction design and development.

Role Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals in the construction field, particularly those with expertise in utility operations, earthworks, concrete projects, and park developments. Candidates with OSHA and QCM certifications will be favored. Responsibilities include overseeing all daily site activities, managing communications regarding issues, performance, and progress with the Project Manager, and implementing cost-effective solutions to challenges that arise.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 10 years in the construction sector, with at least 7 years in a supervisory role on projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Accountable for managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
  • Must be present on-site throughout the duration of assigned projects until completion and acceptance.
  • Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance is essential.
  • Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to military sites.
  • Willingness to travel and potentially relocate for short periods as necessary.
