Respond to a wide range of mechanical and electrical problems and troubleshoot to repair. Document problems encountered and communicate these through work order systems, electronic mail, and voice systems. Perform inspections on all utility systems and associated equipment. Work with other trade skill sets to complete work orders to trade standards and customer expectations. Willing to continue both formal and informal training in the present skill set to maintain the knowledge of the present and latest technologies. Knowledge of air compressors, air dryers, reverse osmosis units, water distilling units, clean steam generators and the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance from written procedures in a GMP environment. Basic knowledge and use of hand tools. Support Maintenance Planner where needed. Perform any and all other duties as assigned, including monitoring Jr Technicians to ensure all company policies/procedures and client SOPs are followed correctly. Report all concerns to C&W SERVICES management immediately. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES: Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies, etc., in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases. The ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics. PERFORMANCE GOALS: Meet or exceed all project KPI’s as it pertains to your roles and responsibilities. No escalations due to poor performance or lack of customer service. Exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed other duties as assigned to you by your supervisor. Stay current at all times on your required GMP and Safety training. QUALIFICATIONS:

Have completed an apprentice program and/or graduated from a certified trade’s school. Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally with clients. Candidate must have knowledge of the basic PC skills along with common applications associated with interoffice communication. Have the ability and willingness to work rotational shift, if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Schedule could include a non-rotating 4-day (10 hour shift), one weekend day, evening or night hours, or full off-shift hours. Expected to be on feet for 8 to 10 hours a day. May climb upwards of 6 flights of stairs a day to maneuver within the manufacturing facility. Lift up to 50 lbs may be required. Candidates must be available to work an alternative work shift, 12 hour shift either Sunday-Wed or Wed-Saturday, Graveyard shift.
