As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May provide consultation to users in automated systems. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
