What You’ll Do:

  1. Innovate and Inspire: Work closely with our dynamic sales team to craft, scope, and price bespoke consulting solutions that leverage the Oracle Hospitality Suite, including OPERA property management.
  2. Engage and Excite: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that captivate and persuade, showcasing the full potential of Oracle’s solutions.
  3. Drive Success: Identify and seize additional consulting opportunities, helping clients visualize and realize their path to success with Oracle’s solutions.
  4. Lead and Educate: Guide clients through implementation and migration with your expert knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the Oracle Hospitality Suite and its deployment methodologies.
  2. Deliver impactful demonstrations that highlight the power of Oracle Hospitality Consulting Solutions.
  3. Maintain and update account and opportunity details in our internal systems.
  4. Prioritize and manage opportunities effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
  5. Communicate the value of Oracle’s solutions clearly and convincingly to a diverse audience.
  6. Contribute to cross-functional collaboration, gathering and providing insights to enhance solutions and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry (casino, hotel, or food and beverage). At least 3-5 years of experience in OPERA consulting, implementation, and migration.
  2. Skills: Deep knowledge of implementation, data migration, and consulting solution design.
  3. Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges in intricate environments.
  4. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  5. Education: BS degree or equivalent experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations.
