Yellowstone Club’s Accounting department is currently seeking candidates for a Financial Analyst. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
The purpose of the Development Analyst is to work directly with our Director of Accounting and Finance to efficiently review and report on development-related transactions for Yellowstone Development and its related entities. Specifically, the Development Analyst will perform advanced budget to actual cost analyses for development projects, assist in improving data integrity and collection, support the ongoing development of reporting, and assist with the budget and re-forecasting. The position is currently located in Yellowstone Club’s Bozeman office.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensure that each member and client receive outstanding guest service in a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
Empowered to guarantee total client satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Development professionally with our members and clients/ vendors, and ensure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Position Requirements:
Previous general accounting experience or knowledge preferred
Experience with data extraction from accounting systems
SQL database experience
Sage 300 / Procore database experience
Adaptive
Advanced Excel knowledge
Seeking a degree; in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Prefer junior or senior-level applicants.
Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.
3+ years of relevant experience
