ACCOUNTABILITY Create and nurture client relationships and position yourself as the subject matter expert. Coordinate with client partners on expectations, needs and advise on market data. Tour clients’ offices and seek a full understanding of clients’ goals, objectives, and culture. Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional and trade associations and other networking organizations. Respond to and address a variety of candidate and client inquiries. Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
