Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in the healthcare or allied health sector.
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in healthcare or allied health.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in outpatient physical therapy.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly physical and occupational therapists.
  • Relevant recruiter certifications.
  • Experience with managing advertising budgets for recruitment purposes.
Performance Metrics:
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and partnership with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
