To thrive as a Recruiter at Mel Trotter Ministries, you'll need to be a master at juggling tasks, communicating effectively, and building strong relationships. Your ability to work collaboratively with the People Operations team and hiring managers, under the guidance of the Vice President of People Operations, will set you up for success.
