We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing activities across various channels, including paid search, display, and social advertising. You will work closely with the content marketing leader to develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with our overarching marketing goals and objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include

    • Plan, implement, and monitor paid digital content across paid media channels.
    • Drive objectives through paid strategy and tactics to grow digital platforms and engagement.
    • Develop and manage effective media buying strategies, including optimization for in-platform content.
    • Provide ongoing actionable insights into performance and make recommendations for adjustment.
    • Build informed media buys from the overall budget and define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
    • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and business leaders to align and apply content strategy to paid media for various campaigns and channels.
    • Conduct regular audience and ad testing to experiment and learn.
    • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of cross-discipline media planning experience, with a demonstrable record of campaign management and increasing media spend efficiency and ROI metrics.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools such as ad servers, DSPs, and paid media and audience management platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for tracking and reporting.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
