This position provides consultative leadership, including coaching, teaching, and partnering with franchisees, their operator(s), and restaurant teams in their assigned business unit/territory to ensure continuous improvement, food service excellence, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include: Focusing on the improvement of Acai Republic's Franchisees' business model including collaborating on the development of business plans designed to achieve measurable growth and improvement in the pursuit of food service excellence. Performing visits with franchisees and/or operators inside an assigned business unit. Conducting Acai Republic's store reviews for continuous improvement, including collaborating with and coaching franchisees on self-assessments. Providing coaching & guidance to the store teams, multi-unit leaders and franchisees on the execution of Acai Republic's brand standards and operational tools & systems. Consistently possessing, maintaining and demonstrating expert level knowledge of Acai Republic's brand standards, recipes, procedures, and operational tools & systems. Consulting with appropriate operations leaders and other departments to identify additional support and training needs to improve gaps in restaurant operations. Ensuring that Acai Republic's training tools, management training/development programs, and certification programs are being utilized. Acting as a liaison between Acai Republic's corporation teams, such as field marketing, training, and new food store opening teams, and the franchisees. Partnering closely with facilities, marketing, and franchisees to ensure successful remodel plans are executed. Working closely with the New Store Opening Team and Franchisees to ensure successful new food store openings and closely monitors post opening performance, acting upon trends or needs. Monitoring brand protection reviews. Monitoring Health Department inspections. Completing facilities review checklist as necessary or at appropriate intervals. Protecting the Acai Republic's Brand and guests by following up during all store visits on food safety standards and practices. Managing individual general and administrative budget. Completing and submitting all reports, documentation and other administrative requirements in a timely manner. Building effective professional relationships across the brand at multiple levels to influence improvement and change. Cultivating a collaborative environment across Company owned and franchise restaurants, multi-unit leaders, & franchisees to support a consistent "one brand" vision. Coordinating successful roll-outs and training of new menu modules, programs, and brand initiatives. Assisting in the training of new Franchise Business Coaches. Consistently modeling Acai Republic's guiding principles of Guests Come First, Pride of our Heritage, and the Power of Team Work. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and at least 12 months of experience, or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and no experience required. HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday WORKSITE: 1301 E. Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Traveling between worksite and franchised stores for short periods of time is required to perform one or more of the job duties.
