Franchise Growth Consultant at Acai Republic Franchise Development LLC is seeking a motivated Franchise Growth Consultant who will play a pivotal role within the Operations Team. This position aims to continuously improve franchisee performance to enhance sales, boost customer traffic, expand market presence, promote unit development, and foster a guest-centric business model.
This role involves providing strategic leadership, including mentoring, training, and collaborating with franchisees, their management teams, and restaurant staff within their designated territory to ensure ongoing enhancement, service excellence, and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on refining Acai Republic's franchisees' operational frameworks by working together on the formulation of strategic plans aimed at achieving quantifiable growth and operational excellence.
Conduct regular visits to franchisees and/or operators within the assigned territory. Perform Acai Republic's operational assessments for continuous enhancement, including working alongside and advising franchisees on self-evaluations.Offer guidance and support to store teams, multi-unit managers, and franchisees regarding the implementation of Acai Republic's brand standards and operational systems.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Acai Republic's brand standards, recipes, procedures, and operational tools.
Consult with relevant operations leaders and departments to identify additional support and training needs to address operational gaps.
Ensure that Acai Republic's training resources, management development programs, and certification initiatives are effectively utilized.Act as a liaison between Acai Republic's corporate teams, including marketing, training, and new store opening teams, and the franchisees.
Collaborate closely with facilities, marketing, and franchisees to ensure the successful execution of remodeling plans.Work in tandem with the New Store Opening Team and franchisees to guarantee successful new store launches and closely monitor post-opening performance, addressing trends or needs as they arise.
Monitor brand compliance reviews and Health Department inspections. Complete facility review checklists as necessary or at appropriate intervals.Safeguard Acai Republic's brand integrity and customer safety by ensuring adherence to food safety standards during all store visits.
Manage individual administrative budgets. Complete and submit all reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks promptly. Build effective professional relationships across the brand at various levels to drive improvement and change.Foster a collaborative environment among company-owned and franchise restaurants, multi-unit leaders, and franchisees to support a unified brand vision.
Coordinate the successful implementation and training of new menu items, programs, and brand initiatives. Assist in the onboarding of new Franchise Business Coaches.Consistently exemplify Acai Republic's core values of Customer First, Pride in Our Heritage, and Teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field with no prior experience required.
Work Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Salary:
$81,000.00 per year.
