Job Responsibilities:
•Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via phone, email, and other communication methods.
•Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
•Record all transactions in the accounting system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
•Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to internal stakeholders.
•Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
•Assist in analyzing and identifying trends in customer payment behavior.
•Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure payments are applied correctly.
•Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status in a professional and timely manner.
•Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
•Experience with business-to-business collections
•Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
