Looking for an experienced and licensed Director to manage and oversee the day to day operations of a licensed child care center.

I am looking for a Director who can help me lay the foundations for a high quality learning center with a great reputation.

Full time or part time position. Hours range from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

The Director will be responsible for:

Managing daily operations

Providing leadership

Ensuring excellent customer service

Communicating with Parents

Enrolling new students

Maintaining a clean facility

Scheduling, supervising and training of Staff

Ensure the Staff are following schedules and implementing curriculum

Following all licensing standards

Managing account balances, CACFP food program and CCS.

Familiarity with Procare, email and social media

Communicating with supportive Owners.

Qualifications

Must have current Director's License

Minimum of 3 experience working in a licensed childcare facility

Minimum of 1 in a management position

Complete required Director training(s)

Must possess strong communication skills

The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict

Organized and detail-oriented

Energetic and Flexible

Shows initiative; strong work ethic

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

CPR and First Aid Certified

Must pass a criminal background check
