The Director will play a critical role in shaping the company's marketing and sales strategy, be responsible for the company’s total growth revenue, and will be based out of Florida. Key Responsibilities: Development and Management of Sales and Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market dynamics. Plan for the recruitment, hiring, and training of a high-performing sales team to effectively execute the strategy. Oversee the sales team's activities, providing guidance and leadership to ensure they meet their individual and team goals. Continuously assess and refine the sales and marketing strategy based on market feedback and sales performance data. Foster a culture of success within the sales team, emphasizing training, development, and accountability.
