WHAT YOU WILL DO The Senior Analyst, Ecommerce will work closely with the Senior Manager, Ecommerce to help further build Orgain’s Ecommerce business. This person will focus on delivering growth and key insights/analytics for the Amazon business. The role will be a part of the Ecommerce Division within Orgain. The selected candidate should have a deep understanding of Ecommerce, specifically, Amazon. This role will be responsible for various key business functions such as sales analysis, digital shelf management, new item launch execution, merchandising excellence, and operational enhancements. Beyond the customer focus, this person will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive a cohesive brand strategy online. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Be an expert at explaining, proving, and providing insight into business and SKU level performance with recommendations on next steps. • Perform ongoing data analysis of assortment and sales trends to optimize the business on a regular basis. • Lead Digital shelf management excellence to increase conversion rates. This includes but is not limited to planogram auditing and updates, monitoring of SKUs and updates as needed, competitive analysis, content updates and refreshes in partnership with the PIM Manager. • Assist in new item launch strategies and execution on Amazon, including set up and reporting related to performance post launch. • Successfully work with agency partners to aide in responsibilities and business growth, in partnership with Senior Manager. • Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve customer sales goals • Understand Ecommerce consumer behaviors and trends to ensure Orgain is continuing to build strong consumer and vendor relationships via Ecommerce. • Support Senior Manager, Ecommerce on ad hoc projects. • Stay up to date with marketplace changes and developments providing updates to the Ecommerce Team as appropriate. • Set individual goals for improving and expanding on everyday job functions, as well as on the greater social and environmental aspects of your work. We expect that you remain accountable to these goals and report your progress in performance reviews. • Adhere to Orgain’s environmental policies, including our environmental purchasing and recycling policies. • Be an active member in enhancing Orgain’s social and environmental impact.
