They are looking for a BA that has experience with multi-channel ecommerce and B2B partnership experience.
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for –
Research and reporting analysis.
· Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the Ecommerce industry for partner targets.
· Analyze website metrics, generate insights, and provide recommendations to identify quality leads.
· Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analytical findings and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business and sales Insights
· Evaluate and identify partnership opportunities for the program.
· Translate program business objectives into outreach projects, conduct target analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to support high-quality sales outreach processes.
Performance tracking and communications management
· Design and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor leads, outreach processes, key business metrics, and lead communications.
· Manage communications channels (e-mail, Asana) to ensure effective outreach and communication management between partners, leads, and internal teams. Support all reply and engagement efforts to facilitate program development.
EXPERIENCE:
· 3+ years of experience collaborating with B2B Partners to implement growth strategies, product launches, identify areas for improvement, and analyze performance.
· Experience conducting market research analysis to highlight opportunities for growth.
· Experience creating pitch decks and presenting to internal teams and external partners.
· Proven experience enhancing existing B2B partnerships to boost sales and brand presence.
