The Sales Account Manager will manage day to day activities of specific programs and assisting the Key Account Manager
Bachelor degree in business or engineering
One-Three years of experience in engineering or sales
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools
Well Organized and ability to consistently meet deadlines
Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills
Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers
Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical
Experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred
Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams a must
English (must), Spanish (plus)
Travel: US customers, plants in Mexico, Europe and China (as needed)
Manage customer account activities, while supporting Key Sales Leader direction
Assist Key Sales Leader with New business acquisition process via RFQ kick-off and daily meetings to ensure RFQ on-time/accurate
Assist with quoting of Engineering Change Management process (along with PM, Engineering and Costing)
Support Purchasing with supplier selections and competitiveness
Develop external customer relationships through effective communication, courtesy, and exceeding expectations
Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts
Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success
Assist Key Sales Leader with overall Program Sales Strategy / Clear action plans
Manage and assist with On-Time invoicing of Tooling and EDD
Support JQMX with SAP and accurate pricing for monthly invoicing
Manage Purchase Order History, to ensure customer accuracy
