Establishes, oversees, and administers processes, policies, and best practices, and determines resource requirements, acquisition, improvement plans and quality measures. Interfaces with other organizations, external suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to define, evaluate and communicate accomplishment of project and program priorities through all phases in the product or service lifecycle. Provides organizational vision and strategic plan, quality policies, processes, and procedures, as well as process improvements and prevention measures. Communicates, educates, trains and coaches customers, suppliers, and internal personnel regarding Quality policies, processes and procedures. Provides cross-functional leadership and Quality technical expertise. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 3-5 years' experience in a Quality or Leadership role in a manufacturing environment At least 2 years' customer relationship management experience Experience with MS Office Suite Experience managing a budget Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Experience using SAP/MES Experience in the Aerospace Industry Experience establishing Quality Management Systems and/or AS9100 auditing. Six Sigma Green Belt and ASQ Certification Ability to multi-task Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment. Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention-to-detail Strong ability to lead and inspire leadership with an ability to influence outside of the organization. Self-motivated; ability to take ownership of projects and issues, including the ability to follow-through to closure and resolution.
