Establish a strong working relationship with brokers. Appoint brokers and process appointments through the appropriate State Insurance Office. Update Dynamics CRM and retain critical documentation. Analyze account information and make suggestions and recommendations as necessary. Problem-solve various group challenges that arise and balance being an advocate for both the Company and the account. Job Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field and three years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales; OR the equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Experience in the healthcare or insurance field is preferred. Licenses, Certifications and Registrations Must have a valid driver's license for the operation of a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington, and/or Idaho and possess an acceptable driving record. Must have a State insurance license in good standing in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, or become licensed immediately following employment. Knowledge of Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred. Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM Database Management. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Skill In Critical thinking and the ability to support a fast-paced team culture. Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication methods. Organization and multitasking. Ability to The ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Appropriately direct internal and external inquiries. Handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Ability to travel overnight and work extended hours during key times, dependent upon business need. Company Overview Physical Requirements: The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks. This position may be eligible for a Hybrid work schedule.
