NetSuite Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Analyst/Consultant to join the NewGen Business Solutions team Our consultants are responsible for the delivery of, assessment, design, implementation, customization, and support services of ERP software at client sites throughout North America. This person quickly assesses client needs and develops innovative solutions to solve their problems. Finding new ways to constantly improve the operations, satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. Travel is minimal. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent organization skills balancing many tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, demonstrate customer service oriented communication and interpersonal skills, be committed to success in a team environment, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to others.

Duties include:

Analysis of clients' business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives

Assess clients' needs for software training and implementation services

Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion

Train users in application use and/or configuration

Assist clients in application testing and rollout

Recommend business process improvements

Analyze and specify application enhancements

Background/Skills:

Hands-on implementation experience

Experience implementing or utilizing ERP systems

. ERP/CPA experience preferred

Strong problem solving ability

Training and customer service skills

Familiarity with large database programs

Consulting experience in a technology field

Strong accounting experience preferred

Excellent time management, leadership, and teamwork skills
