Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and facilities.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.Manage facility maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and infrastructure.Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and initiatives.Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction through improved maintenance practices.Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform troubleshooting.Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff as needed.
