Job Overview: The HR Specialist is a key member of our Human Resources team, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, and training development. This role is critical for attracting top talent, ensuring their successful integration through comprehensive onboarding programs, and developing training initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. The HR Specialist will manage the recruitment process end-to-end and oversee the design and execution of onboarding and training programs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and finalizing hiring processes. Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for high-quality candidate sourcing. Coordinate and conduct comprehensive new hire orientation sessions, promoting company policies, culture, and values. Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, including documentation, employment agreements, and compliance with legal standards. Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, providing guidance through their initial period at the company. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources for effective onboarding materials. Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational needs and employee professional development goals. Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding, orientation, and training processes based on employee feedback and organizational requirements. Support additional HR initiatives such as employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee data and records, including maintaining accurate employee files. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues Ensure that HR practices are aligned with the organization's culture, values, and goals. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and deadlines. Adaptability and Flexibility:

Capacity to adapt strategies and programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees. Training Development:

Skill in creating and implementing effective training and development programs.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Comprehensive understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and training development processes. Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading orientation and training sessions. Discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and training development.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May require mobility within the office to conduct orientation sessions and engage with new employees.

Work Environment: Office-based environment with frequent interactions across various departments. Active involvement in various HR-related tasks and projects.
