This includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, mini bar and in-room dining. Classification: Full-Time Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. What will I be doing? Provides department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records. Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned. May assist in servicing clients. Prepare financial reports and presentations within Food and Beverage. Processing Payroll and tips according to state, federal and local laws. Processing Opening/Closing financial reports from each outlet. Scheduling team members according to forecasts.
