We are seeking candidates for an Onsite Finance Associate position to serve our client in Haw River, NC. Core support services CSP provides the client include: accounting, payroll, and related financial reporting, student information, grants, marketing, analytics, and more. This positions responsibilities focus on finance related duties, but includes a strategic component necessary to connect the CSP team with the school based team across all services which will require support in areas outside of finance from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for CSP operations client
  • Facilitate the notification and completion of school-based financial needs
  • Respond timely to any client questions or requests
  • Manage all CSP-integrated systems for assigned schools (bill payments, prepaid cards, purchase orders, HRIS)
  • Coordinate purchase requests, process accounts payable, make deposits, and assist with payroll
  • Attend board meetings
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings with the client and the CSP team
  • Coordinate financial reporting, amendments and accurate tracking of financial activity
  • Work on site at the assigned schools (Rowan County & Davidson County, NC)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately
  • Ability to professionally communicate with team members and clients via telephone, email or in person
  • Ability to physically work at the school sites in Rowan County & Davidson County, NC.
