Job Summary

The Financial Analyst Associate will provide critical support to our commercial and operations management teams, as well as corporate finance, by delivering timely and accurate financial reports and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed financial reports and reconciliations, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end performance summaries.
  • Supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in forecast, budget, and 5-year planning activities, including learning the process for building budgets and reconciling to actuals.
  • Tracking financial performance for key strategic initiatives and projects, utilizing existing tools and developing new ones as needed.
  • Generating ad-hoc reports and completing special projects as requested.
  • Developing skills and attributes necessary for future career growth and advancement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis group.

Work Environment

This is a sedentary role that may require occasional movement to other offices or buildings. You may need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. The work environment is in an open-partitioned, cubicle setting.
