Hawaii Regional Sales Manager One (1) Position Available Job Duties: Responsible for hiring, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team in Hawaii to generate prospects (including by canvassing/door knocking), exceed revenue forecast, and ultimately meet customer's needs. Responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies across a group of territories. Responsible for designing and establishing new training programs for sales representatives to understand the technical requirements of our company's solar projects.

NOTE:

Employee will be working remotely but must be physically located within the City and County of Honolulu because this is where the growth of solar industry sales is projected. The address listed in Location of Employment will be Applicant's current address. Minimum Requirements: 18 years of age Valid driver's license - Able to commute 30+ miles/day to client's homes Available weekends, evenings, and holidays One year sales experience Six months sales experience in the solar industry Experience with Project Management Experience with canvassing/door knocking Experience with presentations Experience with territory management Reports to:

25 Travel Requirement:

Travel to other teams in Maui, Kauai, and Island of Hawaii one visit to a team per month. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management or related.
