Job Overview: The Services Business Division Operations Specialist will oversee and manage the operations of the Services Business Division. This role requires a detail-oriented and very organized professional who can coordinate and mediate services provided by third-party vendors, ensuring that the clients receive high-quality and timely service. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate investments, excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and a strong understanding of business operations. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate services for clients, including company incorporation, bookkeeping, tax preparation, annual reports, visa applications, insurance policies, and company modifications. Client Coordination: Reach out to clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Services Business Division, ensuring efficient workflows and processes. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, service requests, and vendor communications. Prepare regular reports on division performance and client satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure that all services provided are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry. Strong understanding of business operations, vendor management, and client relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Salesforce Experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international real estate investments and services. Familiarity with visa application processes and international business operations.
