Key Responsibilities- Data Preparation: Prepare and compile data and sales materials for client meetings, including client statements, proposals, sales materials, brochures, and investment materials.
- Business Development: Complete prospective business forms for client meetings and maintain all necessary forms for conducting new business or rollovers with investment companies.
- Investment Processing: Review, process, and troubleshoot investment forms and paperwork for completeness, obtain any missing information from representatives or clients, and copy and forward paperwork to appropriate investment companies.
- Correspondence: Create, prepare, and review correspondence to investment companies and clients regarding investment accounts, including creating mail merges for ongoing marketing activities.
- Reporting: Create reports for representatives, including client statements, required minimum distributions, customer service issues, and other relevant information.
- Office Administration: Review incoming mail, distribute and process business received, alert representatives of business received by mail, and handle customer inquiries and aid in resolving customer problems.
- Investment Research: Call investment companies to inquire about clients' accounts, including loans, withdrawals, balances, reallocations, beneficiaries, and other relevant information.
- Record Keeping: Record checks received in the check log and maintain a signature guarantee log.
- Client Onboarding: Create client files for all new accounts and serve as a backup to the receptionist.
PEB Financial Services is a small company working with Chicago-based clients to help them prepare for retirement. We manage investments in various financial institutions and regularly review these investments with our clients to adjust to market conditions. We provide guidance in areas such as mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, medical insurance, and long-term care insurance.
