Other: • Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success. • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or similar area of study or equivalent years of experience in a similar position. • Experience and/or exposure to the Horticultural Industry strongly preferred.
