What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically tailored to the automotive market and industry trends.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations, highlighting the unique value proposition of our current sensor solutions for specific automotive applications such as electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for automotive accounts, from initial contact to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution within the automotive industry.
  • Stay abreast of the latest automotive trends and competitive landscape, providing valuable market intelligence specific to the industry to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads within the automotive sector.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in power semiconductor sales or marketing, specifically within the automotive industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and exceeding expectations, particularly in the automotive sector.
  • Deep understanding of current sensor technologies and their applications in automotive systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with key decision-makers within the automotive industry at all levels.
  • Experience working with and navigating the sales cycle within the automotive industry.
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to succeed in a team environment.
