Job Description

Serve as a key contributor to understanding process effects on diverse materials used in high volume electronics manufacturing, via analysis work.Implement new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and proceduresCarry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, developing and reviewing direct reports.Ensure standard operating procedures are created, updated, followed and that the lab area is kept in order and meets the safety requirements.Work within and cross-functionally to prevent and correct process and product issues affecting quality and reliability.Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet business needs which includes lab calibration procedures and schedules and all testing related tasks.Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify maintenance and/or engineering improvements as needed.Actively participate in RCI/RCA's and implement appropriate corrective actions.
