JOB DESIGNATION
* The Accounting Manager leads the Financial and Accounting team within a business unit or site.
* Responsibilities include ensuring accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data, developing systems and procedures, and analyzing trends in sales and finance.
* Supervise and direct accounting activities, liaising with departmental staff and division controllers.
JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage reporting accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
* Lead Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring staff development and reviewing industry trends.
* Prepare, record, and analyze accounting transactions, maintain internal controls, and participate in audits.
* Develop and maintain systems, policies, and procedures, manage employees, and ensure team capabilities align with business goals.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Years Experience:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Skills:
* Thorough understanding of accounting concepts and practices.
* Strong team management skills and financial analysis capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
WORK AUTHORIZATION:
U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident required for Export Control compliance.
