Salary: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Create, deliver, edit, and optimize all Horizon Systems marketing materials Document management and control of marketing and advertising content Develop and keep a marketing calendar that illustrates all marketing tasks and projects Manage the marketing priorities so they are completed within schedule and budget Provide direction to marketing agencies for print, electronic and creative tasks Internally coordinate technical information needed for all advertising and promotional tasks including the development of sales materials Document marketing efforts and associated expenses for reporting and ROI purposes Review all company documents and materials so they provide a consistent look and feel both internally and externally Collaborate with marketing team to formulate and produce market analysis as it relates to customer needs, market conditions and product requirements Effectively utilize internal customer databases (Encompix and Prophet CRM) for direct marketing programs Develop and supervise marketing plans and projects for new and existing products Monitor, review and report to the Horizon Leadership team regarding all marketing activity and results, as required Assist Sales in organizing prospective client in-house meetings, presentations, trade shows, and materials. Assist with organizing and implementing client relations including:

client satisfaction surveys client development activities client training/test lab special events
