Centre Avenue Health & Rehab, located at 815 Centre Ave, Ft. Collins, is hiring high-quality CNAs- Certified Nursing Assistants who play an important role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute patients and elderly residents.

We are accepting applications for a Scheduling Coordinator available to work:

  • Full Time
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Monday through Friday
Staffing Coordinator
  • Interviews and hires Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Responsible for daily and monthly scheduling for the Nursing Department for the nursing department
  • Orders and stocks daily supplies as needed
  • Reports to the Director of Nurses
  • Other responsibilities include personnel tracking of absenteeism, verification of new hire forms, uniforms, payroll records and computerized reports
  • Updates schedules for illnesses, emergencies, vacations and staff schedule changes
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be capable of multitasking, have strong computer and communication skills
  • Previous interviewing experience as well as experience in scheduling in the healthcare industry and using scheduling software preferred
  • CNA license/certification and Healthcare experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting wage at $22-$25/ hour DOE
